Cancellation Policy

Advance Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. You can easily update your appointment details through your account on our booking platform, or call our office at 1 (825) 736-7234. 2. Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full appointment fee. This fee will be processed automatically. 3. No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full appointment fee will be charged. 4. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Please manage your appointments directly through your account. If you encounter any issues, contact our support team for assistance. 5. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you are facing unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately so we can discuss your options on a case-by-case basis.
